When considering virtual therapy, it’s important to consider the following:
1) Logistics: Reliable internet access, private space for sessions, working computer or laptop
2) Engagement: Have you participated in teletherapy before? Do you know that you are more likely to open up with a therapist in person?
3) Flexibility: Do you have a schedule that requires flexibility? If so, telehealth might be a great option to meet your needs and the demands of your schedule.

1) We expect virtual sessions to be met with the same attention as an in person session. This means showing up on time and ready to engage with your therapist.
2) Showing yourself on camera so you and your therapist can build a strong rapport and therapeutic alliance. (Please note: we do not conduct “teletherapy” over phone call or phone messaging unless there is an emergency that requires either).
3) The expectations we set for our clients are also applied to the clinicians at K & K Holistic Counseling. You can expect to be met with professional, approachable clinicians who are ready to listen.

Our clinicians, Emily Koppenhofer, LPC, and Karly Pulcinella, LPC, accept some insurances, including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Optum, and Cigna. Emily is also credentialed with some employee assistance programs (EAP). All other clinicians (Madeline, Jenna, and Honora) are considered out-of-network providers and do not accept insurance.
If you paying for therapy out-of-pocket, we can provide you with monthly superbills to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if your plan allows.

Our fees vary depending on what service you are participating in and what clinician you are seeing. Our full fees range from $125 - $200 per session. We are also committed to providing high-quality care regardless of financial ability. Contact us today for more information on our sliding scale services.

After contacting us, we will schedule a no-cost 15-20 minute phone screen. We want to get to know you, answer your questions, and determine if our services are an appropriate fit. Once complete, we will match you with one of our therapists.
